Obviously, there are many benefits to using this jaw supporter. You will sleep better, wake up less often and not bother your spouse (that’s really important in my house – I can’t tell you how many times I used to have to relocate to the guest bedroom in the middle of the night after taking several sharp elbows to the side!). One of the things I don’t like about it is the fact that you have to wear the strap on your head all night long.
